Project Summary
Energia is Ireland’s only green energy supplier. As their sole UX Designer I was responsible for creating a UX strategy for the business and their 7 products. This not only included creating the strategy but also implementing it. From stakeholder interviews, creating wireframes & prototypes, user testing (writing and conducting) and much more.

UX Workshop.
To assess the basic functionality of the app, I spoke with internal primary stakeholders individually. Soon after, I facilitated a series of larger-scale UX workshops, inviting more Energia staff members to share their thoughts, ideas and pain points so we could build an app and improve their working lives.

Firstly, to gain a deeper understanding of the competitive landscape, I looked at product offerings by competing utility providers on the market using competitive benchmarking.

Visual Design
After discussing the look and feel of the brand and the website, the overall approach would be a casual, earthy one. We settled on Annick’s own signature and a colour palette of pastel tones for the website and supporting assets.
